Hard beds Hard pillows Lumpy duvets Bodily fluid stains on side of bed Lamp shades full of cobwebs Insufficient suppression of road noise Not enough car parking for guests Gents loos in reception absolutely filthy at 8 in the morning - loo roll over the floors and excrement over the outside of the toilet bowls - disgusting.

big bed, spacious room, liked it had a fridge


shower as was in disabled room, so this opened completely out, but ideal if you had a wheel chair I guess

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept in so we were well rested by the following day. Everything was spotless.


The bleak outlook from the window. With a little effort and time, the gardens could be substantially improved to provide a more luxurious feeling to the venue.
