Excellent value for money. Good size room. Catered for requests- we requested two rooms together in quiet area of hotel which we had. Ideal location. Bed was short and small, could do with kingsize.	9.2

We found our room to be immaculately clean and met a couple of the house cleaning staff who were lovely and very helpful and friendly. The reception staff although efficient, were very unfriendly. When guests have travelled a long way, a warm welcome would be nice. They certainly haven't attended "charm school".	7.9
