The location of the hotel by the sea is really nice. The facilities were okay and staff of the hotel generally and the front desk particularly were fantastic. I must mention Bintou at the reception, a hard working, friendly and fantastic young lady who always goes the extra mile in dealing with guest request. Another staff I need to mention is Seydou a very helpful and friendly youngman. I was also impressed with the Asst Manager Mohammed who came to my rescue for late check out. Abou Kareem too was nice. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

The mosquitoes and flies were really bad no matter how hard the staff tried to get rid of them. The language barrier.

The members of staff gave prompt attention and were friendly. The airport shuttle arrangement was a good thing especially for someone visiting for the first time. The sea view added excitement to it all.

Initially, there was a misinterpretation of the exact amount to be paid for the early check-in and late check-out but it was resolved.

I liked the position and pool

I did not like the service. Upon leaving for airport I was detained 45 min by computer errors from hotel. This caused me enormous stress to make my flight
