Good sized room and bathroom with comfy bed. Lift to first and second floors a blessing.We were visiting family so location was not too important. But we did enjoy an evening meal in the nearby Priory pub. Cheap and tasty.


Only two medium, thin bathtowels between us was not enough. But I was immediately supplied with another when I asked at reception. Restaurant in the hotel had no atmosphere and had only a utilitarian menu - I would not recommend eating here.

Easy access . Amazingly helpful staff. Very nice bed and good shower.


The hotel broad band ridiculously expensive and the corners of the room/carpet had not been cleaned nor the chair seats.

Comfortable beds Very peaceful and quiet


smell of cigarettes in the corridor of the non smoking rooms. no hygiene bags in the toilets no vegetarian option in the hot breakfast selection staff attitude to that was - tough really! internet usage should be included in price cost of breakfast is extortionate for cereal! I submitted my complaint about all of the above before I left the hotel and I have had no acknowledgement or response - very poor!
