Bit pricey (but worth it)
Would certainly recommend hotel Indigo. Excellent value for money, great location and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, clean and great deco. I was there on a shopping trip with a friend and it was a perfect location for both Liverpool One and the Docks.
Very clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff very accomadating. Rooms were well furnished with a modern decore and had little touches that made the stay that more pleasant. A welcomed night away .
Expensive for what you get.
Great location and breakfast. The hotel is really central and you can reach everywhere on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were good.
The only real negative was the matress was too soft!
Matress too soft.
Cannot open windows.
Good size room
Free drinks and snacks in the room
Not very alternative which I thought was the selling point of this hotel.
Bathroom small and no bath. Room dark with small window.
Room was not serviced despite being out all day.
Room & shower superb. Good gym. Marco wots'name resaurant integrated. Very friendly Liverpudlian staff.
Friendly staff. Great rooms. Not a sound at night so peace to sleep!
Staff lovely as they were in all the hotels i stayed in within Liverpool
overpriced no swimming pool for example
The staff were genuinely upbeat and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, very modern and the mattress was really comfortable.
The pillows were like solid pumice and the hollow aluminium bris soleil sun shades fixed to the fascade of the building provided the perfect percussion instruments for heavy rain to keep us awake all night. It literally sounded like someone was dragging empty tin cans along backwards and forwards outside our window.....I would suggest getting them replaced! Never heard anything like it in my life.
