Grace Solo traveler La Bourboule, France May 2, 2013	The parkland and wildlife surrounding the University. On-site shopping at convenient hours was useful. The buzz of being in a student environment. The spaciousness of the architecture. Very frequent buses to Canterbury. The kindness and friendliness of the housekeeping staff. The very reasonable rates. Spacious and well-designed dining room. Lumpy mattress. Reception closed at 8pm on my arrival, necessitating security staff to provide me with a key. Lack of lighting in the grounds at night. No comfortable place to sit in the evenings without TV's blaring. Unavailability of food on my arrival.	8.3

I would also suggest that you buy your own Toilet paper before you check in.	5.4
