Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in excellent position, handy for sea front, shops and theatre. We stayed for 3 nights with 88yr old mother - hotel was perfect for her and she felt very welcome and at ease. |

Loved the location. Right by the beach but also only a few minutes to all the shops. Also Witherspoons opposite, cheap and cheerful food!! Nothing. |

This hotel is run by Action for Blind People and is very well adapted to giving great service to its main target customers. As sighted guests we felt well looked after by the fantastic reception staff and we had a very pleasant overnight stay. It goes without saying that this not for profit hotel is great value. |
