Charming design. Privacy. Near pleasant beach. Near ATM. Good facilities. Good spa. Fire extinguisher in room. Beautiful greenery.


Leaking sink. -Staff saying meat served was chicken when actually it was pork! I'm a Muslim and I'm forbidden to eat that. -Staff waking me up in two mornings via phonecall pestering for rented motorbike keys to be returned so that another guest can use. I'm still using and paying. Why upset one guest to satisfy another? -Problems with shuttle bus to and fro Hoi An town. Reason why I rented bike for entire duration of my stay. -Staff not well versed in English. There will always be English-speaking guest flow. Use your good english-speaking Filipino staff to good use. Put some of them on the frontline. -Club car driver is not always free or available. Offer bicycles for guests to travel to their respective villas.

The grounds were lovely and the villa was pleasant. The maintenance staff were very responsive to requests for repairs. The bus into Hoi An was handy.


We stayed in a seaview villa which had a very strange design - the stairs from the upstairs bedroom led to the bathroom! Advertised as a 2-bedroom villa but it was really 1-bedroom upstairs with 2 beds in the main room. Housekeeping failed to replace/wash up used glasses. Expensive for what you got.

The family villa with pool is value for money if travelling with family and kids! Great set up and room decor. And thanks to the fo Manager to personally meet us when we only request to change our room arrangement after checking in - to two villas instead of original booking and willing to charge less than!


The in house spa needs more work, from facilities, amenities to staff training, compares to the price that they charged.

The beach was the best part by far.


We booked the best possible room, with a private pool but the accommodation was of a very low standard and is in serious need if an upgrade. The price we payed was similar to other places we stayed in Vietnam but the standard was so much lower. The internet was intermittent, the toilet leaked, the shower smelled, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the cleanliness below par. We noticed that in the three days we stayed there the pool side glass top tables were never cleaned and there were often no beach towels available.

Manager and Reception staff very friendly, polite and helpful .. They were great!!


- Quality of food at the restaurant - Beatiful room but a lot lizard inside (specialy during the night)

The grounds and pools were amazing. Rooms were nice and roomy and private. Spa was excellent value for money. Breakfast was great.


So many reception staff on social media at work when they could have been assisting customers. WiFi is very poor and often unusable in rooms.

Everything. Staff were very helpful and happy, the location was ideal and Vietnam is a great place to explore.
