I had two reservations and he would not let me explain as he said he was too busy to listen to me. Hotel is filthy, dust on furniture and carpets need cleaning. Not enough outlets. I moved my bed and dresser to find outlets and there was dirt everywhere.	4.2

The housekeeping staff could pay a little more attention to detail, generally speaking the room was clean, but once you started looking around there were cobwebs and dirt build up in the corners and around the heat unit. Also, we stayed there for 3 days and not one time did housekeeping come by and ask if we needed anything, had to go to the front desk and request clean towels.	7.9
