John Mature couple Exeter, United Kingdom November 7, 2012	Some lovely attention to detail - for example coming back to the room at the end of the day to find hot water bottles in our bed and hot chocolate. All the staff were very approachable. There are some major contradictions, for example the bedrooms were lovely as was the bed linen but the pillows were synthetic and not very comfortable which meant a not very restful sleep. Whilst the service was friendly it was very slow. We waited 20 minutes in the lounge to order a cup of tea then given up and went to the pub instead. The evening food was lovely but breakfast was really sub standard, on looking ipround the room most people left food on their plates - over cooked scrambled eggs and undercooked tomatoes for example.	7.1
