Beds very comfortable. Have stayed before and would stay again. Some of the decor a little dated, with some of the facilties in the room showing signs of age.	7.9

The comfort in our bedroom was excellent and the view over the bay wonderful. The food served at the hotel was exceptional and each meal was thoroughly enjoyed. Bar prices were far too expensive.	9.6

We liked the room facilities which included bottled water replaced daily, and a good room service for anything we required. there were quite a lot of children staying in the hotel, so we didn't feel comfortable to use the swimming pool etc. because some children were changing in a public area, so we avoided the pool area. It was a school half term holiday, so other times we would be able to use these excellent facilities. The bus service past the hotel is only hourly, but only a 10 minute walk to the main bus routes.	9.6

Exterior of hotel in need of cleaning: Rubbish on the top of the bay window under one of our windows; Gutter above that window was leaking badly - small waterfall; Dry rot visible in large window to right of bar as one looked out. One room service meal took over an hour instead of stated 15 mins to deliver.	8.3

We did not encounter anything we did not like and would have liked stay longer. My only criticism is that they did not offer any short break deals, which I feel would attract more people.	9.2

I bought this night for my daughter and son in law as a treat as they had been through a very difficult personal circumstance. I was horrified to hear that the pool and jacuzzi melt musty with ll the paint peeling. Also nowhere did it say that there were no treatments available on Sunday or Mondays. I feel very let down, they did not want to tell me how poor it was and i am really sad that the one opportunity they had away from the children was spoilt.	5
