Not much

The room stank of cigarette smoke. We asked for more tea and milk but none was supplied. No free wifi in a hotel like this is a scandal. Very expensive for what it was

Great location with on site car parking which is a rare treat in Central Cambridge. Very friendly staff.

The room was cosy, the staff polite & helpful, a nice view from the balcony and so nrar to city centre

The balcony was not cleaned of all the cob webs over the furniture and the fact that a hotel belonging to a large group had no lifts working

Great location with stunning views. Centrally located with helpful staff, clean room and the food was excellent.

Staff, location and general feel and condition of the hotel were all good.

For the price of accommodation, the car parking should be free for residents, not an additional £20. We moved two bottles of beer from the mini bar to put in our own bottles of water to chill, and were then charged for the beer as we had moved it! It was never opened and returned in exact same condition. Apparently this applies to any items moved from the mini bar....so be warned!

We were there for our wedding anniversary. We had a very good balcony room overlooking the river and everywhere in Cambridge was in easy walking distance. The leisure centre was well eqipped and perfectly satisfactory and the outdoor area alongside the river, with plenty of tables and chairs, was a bonus. We were well looked after and would stay again.

I agree with others that charging for WiFi is disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Hotel car parking is expensive but Cambridge is not a car friendly city and parking is not cheap anywhere.

Location, Room size, views, facilities

A little tired in places. Quite expensive for what it is. Having to pay extra for parking
