We were made to feel extremely welcome when we arrived. All staff greeted you with a friendly smile.The evening entertainment was brlliant (the quiz night and open mic night). It was my daughters and my first trip to the area to meet a friend from Sheffield and we will definetly be visiting again. Nothing (apart from our stay finished too quickly).	10

The carpet in room was dirty and staff going home at night noisey, room nxt door being used for storage so staff noisy when going for stores early in morning. But if it wasnt for this the room having different entrance good.	8.3
