There was a large 5 star resort nearby, the location is fantastic, but we were able to organize our own meals, and didn't have to pay the high price of all inclusive and could enjoy meals at local taverna's and breakfasts we could make ourselves in our apartment. This place is excellent value for travellers who aren't looking for a busy resort, but with the pool, view, and location of the popoular resorts. If you have a car or scooter, it's very easy to get to great beaches, Agios Nikolaus for city conveniences, and is a fantastic launching off point for exploring the island. The owners are so kind, and really made us feel like family - they took excellent care of the place, had great advice, and are happy to sit and visit. We will be back :) I would have no hestitation to recommend to traveller's who just want a clean nice place to stay with great pool and location. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is basically equipped, but enough for any resourceful couple or family.	10
