However, for us it fell short of usual standards of an able persons room. The shower was not easy to access with a stiff gate, the floor was a plastic grate that was uncomfortable underfoot. - the riser rail and the hand bar in the shower were corroded and unpleasant There was no lid on the toilet and no room in front of the sink to place toiletries. There was no heated towel rail, so towels remained wet - the bathroom was cold We stayed two nights but teabags were not replaced after the first night	6.7

This involved an ambulance at Ringwood. I have no idea where we picked up the virus in Bournemouth, however I would suggest there is a possibility it was the hotel.	7.5

It took several attempts including calling for a maintenance engineer to sort out a problem with the key/card door lock, but once sorted everything was fine.	8.8
