Our room was noisy with the hum of the air con all night. We overlooked the bins and that was where members of staff smoked. It was a warm night/morning. Not very pleasant to have window open and smell cigarette smoke.	8.3

Room not particularly warm and had to ask for additional portable heater. Shower gel and hand soap dispensers both empty.	6.7

The floor between the upper and lower floors are not sound proofed at all and the peron in the room above then kept me awake whilst walking backwards and forwards around their room for the next hour and a half. fine if you want to get up early!!	5.8
