The disabled room was very good for my wife who is in a wheelchair.
The Premier Inn itself is very good but in the eatery next door we had to order everything ourselves at the bar, drinks and our meals even though there were waiters on duty.
Room clean and tidy
Good location for out party
Facilities were good breakfast was great
Pillows were not as described
Receptionist on arrival .
6 coat hangers in family room. Toilet didn't flush, z bed, window opened about 1",room very hot, no air con, no fan, winter duvets, Wi-Fi very slow, crayons and colouring books given to children on morning they left Lift broke down on second day with a family inside with a 2year old girl. My husband is disabled he let the dad use his walking stick to prise the door ajar to give them air, they were trapped for over 30 minutes as the manager had no key for the lift, she called a lift engineer who would be 2 hours said the fire brigade wouldn't attend but they came blue lights and sirens when the dad phoned them the lift was out of order till Monday as we were on the 1st floor and both being disabled we thought we would be offered a ground floor room but no my husband had to struggle up and downstairs every time he wanted a cigarette. We booked that room as we were babysitting the grand children the first night. When we left on the 3rd day the staff had to carry our luggage and my husband's mobility scooter down the stairs. We both have mobility problems but can manage when the lift is working but in this case we should have been offered a ground floor room. We usually stay here as our family live in Swindon but never again.
