One of them was very unhelpful and spoke over me when I was explaining something. Then he made a mistake - because he hasn't been listening to what I was saying!	8.3

The staff were very friendly, polite & very helpful. The rooms were very spacious, incredibly clean & very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel....it's of a very high standard.	10
Rebecca Group of friends Huddersfield, United Kingdom April 30, 2013	We stayed their as a family of 8 adults it was convenient for shopping and the breakfast was good We had 4 rooms amongst us some had dressing gowns some didnt, when we asked for one to be brought up the assistant said he didnt understand what I was asking for I said dressing gown, robe, he said didnt know what I meant , then I rang downto ask what setting to put the thermostat on as the rooms was very cold he said he didnt know what I was talking about so my partner had to go down but they still did not come up, the beds was very small and kept coming away from the headboard, the room had cheap looking laminate which made the rooms feel cold, when we checked in I could smell canabis in the room and as I reported it on my way out they asked if it was ok to go in the room to check but when we got back they had opened the window and my room was freezing at this point, we stay in hotels all the time and can honestly say it wasnt the best	4.2
