The room was comfortable. the staff were vey nice.


The parking lot was dirty and smelly.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, and the appearance of the hotel itself


I did not like that it took over 10 minutes to get my room ready when I had booked it online over a month in advance

Layout was nice. Staff was friendly


Jetted tub didn't work and paid for that type of room. Room was not cleaned well daily.

Large bright room. Great location near traffic-free downtown shops & restaurants. Price was right.


Free wifi only available in lobby, otherwise $12.95 a day

Perfect location to FLABOB airport.

The view was beaurtiful. Hotel was centrally located.


There was no mention in Bookings.com that there was a parking fee. All information must be included when you are comparing rooms. Had we known, there was another Marriotts down the street that did not charge and included breakfast. Our room was also right in front of the elevator and ice machine which clanged and banged all night as well as people having loud conversations in the foyer in front of the elevator that had chairs which invited people to hang around well into the early morning.

Was checked into a room where toilet did work. It has to be assumed the last person who flushed the toilet was the cleaning. That said, someone did not do their job and as a result, I had to wait to go to the bathroom until it was fixed. That is not good customer service. I should have had my room discounted for the inconvenience, or transferred immediately to another room and/or given some type of discount coupon for future stay... that is if I book with you again.

The decor was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The room was affordable.


The beds were a little small.
