Claire Mature couple stoke on trent, United Kingdom May 22, 2013	We found the staff at the hotel to be extremely helpful and friendly and couldn;t fault them. We had an evening meal which was lovely and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. It:s also in a gorgeous setting close to the river Lune wher there are plenty of lovely walks. We stayed in May and the weather was wet and cold. There was no heating in the rooms and even though a little fan heater was provided the bathroom was still cold . The hotel is a little dated and tired and could definitely do with a revamp.	8.3

Everything was absolutely wonderful, the food was piping hot and delicious, the room spotless and extremely comfortable and we would recommend the hotel to anyone. We have indeed already done so to friends who will be travelling to Scotland in September.	10

Then the male locked the female out and there was some banging and shouting for the next 30 mins. No one from the hotel staff came to do snything	7.5

Really good value for money. Overbearing commercial radio played in bar on a television. Once everyone else had gone we tried to turn it off with no success!	8.8
