Very helpful receptionist.

No bedside light available or switch to turn of celing light whilst in bed. There was black mould around the bath taps.

Location on the edge of the park, easy to find and good secure parking behind the hotel.

The "double" room (15) was little more than a cupboard! Food, taken in the bar was a tiny portion and the chicken was dry and tasteless! Overall, a very disappointing overnight stay!

Location for Lark Lane and Sefton Park; excellent breakfast.

Failure of the hotel to deal with some of their noisy guests with loads of kids causing mayhem in the hotel's verandah area between 6 and 8 on what would otherwise have been a gorgeous Sunday summer evening.

Large, comfy bed. Big fluffy bath sheets Upgraded room when requested relocation because of kitchen noise.

Low position of tea and coffee facility. Room 25 suffers from kitchen extractor noise. Need to be aware of potential noise from function rooms.
