In the room the linen was immaculate and the bathroom very clean, with great towels. The city centre location can not be bettered. The breakfast room was too crowded, it was not easy to find a table out of the 'traffic' of people to and from the buffet; no natural light either - a bit canteen-like.	8.8

We could not have asked for more regarding our room. Staff were all of a high calibre and at the same time were very friendly and helpful. They had even sorted out a booking error we ourselves had made. Top marks to everyone. Thank you Rougemont. There was nothing to dislike.	10

It took at least an hour to cool down with windows open and radiator turned off. No tea making facility in room.	7.9
