The public rooms were very stylish and impressive; moreover they were comfortable spaces to inhabit. A special bonus for us was the view (from 11th floor room) of the church spire and the Liver Building; truly remarkable. The room had been hastily cleaned. There was some sticky material on one of the bedside cabinets and the mugs still had tea-stains on them.	8.8

David Group of friends Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom May 7, 2013	The hotel itself in appearance was v good, from outside the design makes the hotel look like a ocean liner coming into dock. To be fair the rooms are quite small, we paid 150 GDP for one nite which is a bit steep, the air con didnt work and no extraction in the W/C left the room feeling damp, I have stayed in a premier inn for half the cost and a much better room was provided	7.1
Joanie Young couple hemel hempstead, United Kingdom May 1, 2013	the staff were fantastic. we couldnt gind the hotel car park and member of checking in team jumped in car to direct us. they had great knowledge of city, even advising quickest and chepest route into town centre. We wad staying as we was attending wedding in the crown opposite. when they closed bar at one. all guests can back to thistle to carry on the celebrations til 3am !!! only complaint was windows didnt open so no fresh air and awful condensation on windows.	8.3
