Ms Shalini, really made the difference with her warm reception and response to the occasion. We are very much thankful to her. She had given utmost care during our Chek-in and check-outs. |

When I arrived at the door to the "Guest House", it was locked and there was a for sale sign outside. I had to call the mobile number on the booking three times before I got through to a woman who asked me to come to a different address on the same street. When I get there, she told this my accomodation was going to be in the new place which does not have wifi. When I said I needed wifi, I was asked to wait there and 20 minutes later I get a call calling me to the original address for the guest house. Toms Inn guest house is dirtier than my garden shed. There was human hair and fluff on the floor and carpets. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. I did not once step into the common areas of the house in fear of catching something. The bed in the room was probably the only decent thing. It was a king size bed and the mattress was reasonable. The distance to the tube station in probably the only truth mentioned on the website. I booked this room only because I was really late in booking accomodation for a conference I was due to attend at London Excel and could not find anything else. |

I live 60m from London but work in the City. I was out late with my brother and son at a jazz club and had to be in work early the next morning so wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful and easy to get to/from town. Worked great for that. Normally I prefer my own toilet in the room but at this price I couldn't complain. I knew I would arrive late and the owner was very helpful saying that was no problem and gave me details on how to get in. Caretaker was very pleasant. Room was fine - a double bed and a single bed! Towels, soap, shampoo were provided - this is important as I travel very light. Only let-down was that the towels were wet. The caretaker apologised and tried manfully to dry them for me by ironing them but it wasn't very effective and they were still a bit wet in the morning. However, I hope that's an aberration. |

The host was very friendly and helpful, the room was huge, light and very clean, the inn is only a 2 minute walk to the tube and the kitchen area was large, modern and well equipped - I would definitely stay here again. |

Les chambres sont propres, mais le reste du bâtiment et la toilette no. Le prix est très bon surtout avec un arrêt du métro très proche. La cuisine est trop sale. |
