The negatives far outweighed the positives. They did solve the lousy internet problems from six months ago, that worked well.
Attention: This is a time share resort, so any modification to your reservation you will have to eat. There are no refunds if you leave early. This made our stay outrageously expensive, so was not a good value as far as we were concerned. The check in staff was basically worthless. Our reservation did not make it from Booking.com to these people, so we had a few tense moments before they gave us a room. If they had been full, we would have been on the street, but thankfully they had space. As we mentioned in a previous survey, you will be bombarded by phone calls from Activities and Marketing. The later will solicit you to sit thru their sales pitch for Wyndham Resorts. After two days, we noticed tiny bugs flying around the bedroom. Obviously, this was kind of gross. For the above reasons and after four visits, we will look elsewhere for accommodations in the area on future visits.

Wasted nearly 3 hours on presentation of time share and forcing to buy something
The rooms are spacious, beds are soft, rooms are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming.
If you come in late chances are there will be no parking space left in the area where your room is you will find parking just not as close as you may like.
When I got there they didn't have my reservation correct and it to two days before they corrected.
This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances.
We can tell that the resort is showing it age somewhat. Stopped up toilets, faulty sink drains, and the like. The staff will bombard you with daily voicemails about activities so be prepared. The major annoyance during our stay was the two and a half day internet outage. The resort was at the mercy of ATT&T, but not something we want to encounter at an up-scale resort.
