Joyce cooked us a tasty breakfast and there was plenty of choices. Check in time was 4pm and. Check out between 8-10!	8.8

We arrived after being texted by the owner to arrive before 1 as she 'had to go out' - not very professional in my view- doesn't create a welcoming atmosphere. On arriving at y Garth the bathroom had not been cleaned properly- hairs and make up on the sink, dirty toilet!! We had to clean it ourselves with a bottle of bleach that was conveniently left out!! On top of this disappointment, the bedding was covered in hairs- we didn't know whether they came from the previous occupants or from the owner's dog!!! As a result, my friend refused to sleep with the duvet on top of him!! On the second morning the bathroom still hadn't been cleaned very thoroughly- just a very quick flick round!! Not good enough for the prices charged.....this was the most expensive of the 5 B&Bs we stayed in and it was nowhere near the exceptional standards of the others!! I was looking forward to my stay here in this 'boutique' (???) b&b- but I ended up being sorely disappointed!!! :-(	4.2

The room was beautiful and had all we needed and more.Joyce was friendly and a fantastic host.There is a lovely friendly feel goths place and we were made very welcome. I especially liked the glass of wine each waitin for us in our beautiful room! We had a fanatic time,no complaints!	10
