Coffee machine in the hotel's bar was broken so we had to find a place where to drink coffee.

There were free shampoo, shower gel as in 5* hotel :) many towels, glasses. Very good bed linen! Bath tube. Nice personnel!

Nobody on reception only on the first night when she eagerly counted the money for each room. No heating for the first two nights and no hot water on second night. At to wear ski clothes to bed. Promised to fix the heating and hot water but wasn't completed on time. My friends left the hotel and booked into another hotel at additional cost. I stayed in the hotel along with a handyman on the first floor and asked for the money back for my friends which would be about€200 for each room. The owner said he would call in but even that was a pack of lies. He promised to call in on a Wednesday 21st December at 4pm - guess what he didn't turn up. Had bed clothes and clean linen completed 5 days and nobody bothered on two other days. We have reported the hotel to the local Government and hopefully their licence will be revoked as fire doors were wedged open and no fire escape plans on the back of doors. Most rooms were in a state of repair with some having radiators removed - not ideal if you want to make a first impression.

It was in Encamp and near the cable car. All other people we met in Encamp were fantastic and very helpful.

Andorra is an expensive place to stay. This was very basic at an expensive price.

We were arriving very late and staff couldn't have been more flexible or helpful. Its set in a lovely little back street. Pay for parking nearby.

The hotel is very old and recently under new management; it needs a lot of refurbishment. Also wifi signal was not very strong/stable.

The hotel is in a very good location, in the center of Encamp, but away from the main road. A small river passes in front of the hotel and the location is very quiet. Funicamp is less than 10 min walking and the bus stop is 2 min away. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Excellent value for money.
