We had an emergency situation at appartment round 8 am and none of the emergency contacts worked including taxi, reception( wasnt open yet) and emergency number. Finally I got doctor who could speak limited english and adviced us to drive to hospital straight. Finally we got help after 1,5 hours

I was one of 3 families booking an apartment and we all booked the same night and expected the apartments to be close together. Whereas one was right at the top of the resort, I was mid way down and the third was by ransol roundabout. There was no indication that the apartments can be scattered around el tarter. On booking.com you are led to believe the apartments are in one location. Was disappointed with that.

Spacious and clean

We had a few issues with the garage door. We found that the bedsheets were not very clean and I think the price was too high.

Nice cozy apartment. The sofa bed was acceptable in comfort.

The directions for check in were very difficult, I had to make 2 calls to the office to find them. The apartment required a lot of maintenance and the heating did not work. The pillows were quite dirty underneath the pillowcases, and the mattress on the fold out bed was very stained.

Great location! The apartment itself was large and comfortable for the 6 of us.

Parking lot is very very tight! Going up and down is tight and the spaces are pretty . Our two apartments were not close. You have to go to the car park or top to cross over between the apartment blocks. When booking multiple rooms may be worth asking for the same block.

Walking distance from the slopes. You could see them from the balcony. Really nice views. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Perfect for two couples or a couple with two kids. It has like 4-5 restaurants nearby.

The WiFi was EXTREMELY SLOW. A bad smell of the apartment. Not well aired out. Extra pay if you don't clean the apartment after you leave which is outrageous.

We’ve stayed in different apartments with this company several times. We’ve noticed some small negative changes: later check-in times, earlier check-out times, small maintenance issues with the apartments that suggest they need more attentiveness to regular maintenance and cleaning.

Comfortable beds, good location with a nice view, good parking garage, and easy check-in. While overall they are still a fair value for a small family to visit the mountains.

A comfy one bedroom apartment with a beautiful mountain view. Suitable for a maximum of 2 people

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony was stunning and the staff at the Checkin very friendly.

The kitchen equipment was very lacking, which made it difficult to adhere to the guidelines set by the agency. We had to sign T&Cs which stated that the dishes had to be cleaned and the rubbish removed upon exit, yet there only a tiny bottle of dishwashing detergent and a sponge provided. No drying towels, cleaning spray, additional rubbish bags etc. We also missed basic things like a chopping board and basic butter knifes. Additionally, no things to spruce up the apartment like couch cushions or decorations, but not really important!

There seem to be lots of different apartments available through the same agency so it was hard to know what ours would be like, but it definitely surpassed our expectations when we walked in. There was a massive foyer area for equipment and plenty of storage space in cupboards, and the place was incredibly tidy. The balcony was very big and the front-facing view out across the valley was cool.

It's a very difficult place to find especially if you have no Internet. Google maps just cannot find it accurately. Luckily a couple staying nearby helped us find the reception

The appartment we had originally booked smelt horribly of smoking. The crew told us afterwards that the previous renters had only left a couple of hours before our schedelued arrival time and they had just the time to do a quick clean up. In any case, they did solve the issue and proposed us another apparment.

The team at the reception desk were very nice. We had an issue with the first appartment that was assigned to us. It smelt a lot of smoking and we could not bear it, even if it was supposed to be a smoke free place. We went to the reception desk and thee proposed an alternative appartment that we liked and changed with out any problem.

Very thin walls so it is easy to hear someone in the next room turning in their bed. The flat does not have 2 separate bedrooms. It has 1 proper bedroom and two beds placed over the kitchen area with no walls - so, no privacy. Lastly, the hot water ran out in the evening (we were only 3 people). Lastly, I'd suggest that basic things such as oil, salt, sugar, tea/coffee are provided in the future.

Great location, underground parking saved us a lot of time. Spectacular views from the balcony. The flat was warm all the time. The staff at the reception were helpful and polite. We overall enjoyed our stay but there are a couple things that should be improved.
