The shower head was not working. I couldn’t sleep because there was an event in the lobby at midnight everyday.

Lack of wifi in rooms, it was only in the lobby and bar area.

Location was good for ski lifts. Room was great size and comfortable. Breakfast and buffet dinner were perfect.

Great for an Andorran pitstop, secure underground parking a bonus. Very quiet in October, imagine its very busy in the ski season, then it would be on the slopes so a great place to be. Lovely alpine style room with piste view balcony.

The weather, can't believe they organised wet conditions for our bike ride over the mountains into France. We couldn't se a thing.😄. Seriously it was perfect. Thank you Nordic Hotel.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The hotel was magical, a big mountain complex as you would imagine. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and changed our rooms on demand, the rooms were nice and beds comfortable (note that it is not a double bed, but 2 simple beds put together), breakfast & dinner was amazing - buffets were very rich, they used expensive ingredients (we had wonderful beef steak and duck). Overall, the common areas are very nice, you are not bored - there are arcade games, bowling... during the summer, the outdoor pool is amazing as well with excellent cocktail service! I am absolutely amazed and can recommend this place to everyone! :) Make sure to pay 10€ extra per day for mountain view, it's worth the balcony and views ;)

Nothink to dislike , very satisfying customers.

1216 room was clean on every stay even though we were there for 1.5 days , we were over whelmed with the views and directions to stables even though we had never rided a horse before and the hotel arranged a massage for me and my partner, service was fabulous, we are in love with Andorra and hope to visit next year.

No bottled water in the rooms would be my only complaint. But we had plenty as we were on a long car journey.

Hotel very clean good price for 2 adults and one 14 year old .160 euros including first rate breakfast. Massive choice of food hot and cold and excellent quality. Far better than the one the day before in France where there was little choice. We will be returning guaranteed.

The "spa" was very ugly, just a small pool and jacuzzi that was crowded and brightly lit and did not look clean or appealing. Its nice to hot tub after a day on the slopes, so this was a great disappointment. Lack of a cosy fireplace in the hotel was noticeable.

Very convenient location for a ski trip. the ski lift is right out back, as is ski rental shop, which is very well priced as you get a discount as a hotel guest. they have ski lockers and have ample parking. The food both for breakfast and dinner was good, nice variety.

Outpriced, dysfunctional, cheap service, cheap manners, more than average quality of food at the buffet. The ownership and management tag line can be summarized as « the cash and run » but no customer care. We had no heating during 2 nights, they could not fixed the problem and they refused to offer a commercial gesture. Insane behavior. Police came because we would not pay the extras as they would not agree on a compensation (we paid more than 1700€ for 2 rooms for 2 nights). It’s a scam, run away from this type of hotel, there are plenty of better options in Andorra.

Missed a little fridge in the room. And I don’t like having to pay extra for every single little thing that in my opinion, should be included in the price, like internet in the rooms… that’s should be a must in every room. Also, the timetable for spa, pool and gym is too limited, too small.

Buffet offer was really good, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. The atmosphere was fantastic!

No nightlife in El Tartar.. our own fault. Should have gone to Slodeou. Large buffet style dining is not for us.. but others will love it. Food 7.5/10..suits young families. You have to book the pool in advance for an hour. On site entertainment more for young families than couples. Reception and bar staff a bit officious.. professional but not welcoming or friendly. Reminded me of an all inclusive family holiday.. not our style.. but perfect for others. We like to get out and about and wander around a town.. nothing to do on an evening. No WiFi in room.. have to go to bar. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Perfect location. Lovely modern and clean hotel. Meal service staff friendly polite and professional. Quiet room. Ski in ski out perfect..next to chair lift. Scenery is stunning. Hot powerful shower.

Weddings all weekends (as they say). No free wifi in the rooms. No pool was closed (it was +29) as weddings are there. Live music (back to 1990) and no way to sleep. It’s our third time here. This time we booked the Mountain View and paid more for that to have a calm weekend. As a result they gave us 1st floor and on Saturday right under our balcony there was a wedding. The hotel didn’t say us anything when we checked in. They could have offered the other side of the hotel so that we are not bothered by the noise. But no. When we asked why they didn’t warn us about that, they said “because we have a wedding every weekend”. The wedding was all night and we could hear every single song and all the shouts and singing. We used to like the hotel a lot for the price/ quality. But now the hotel experience got terrible. If you have booking not from their website you need to pay to have internet in your room. They started giving live music in the hall and it is soo noisy. You can not stay in the room and forget about sleeping. Impossible. If you are paying more for the Mountain View - don’t be excited, the other option is way better as it is way less noisy. They gave us the first floor as everything was occupied as they said. We asked for one bed and got two instead. Super uncomfortable. We are unfortunately not coming back anymore. The spa is terrible. Breakfast terrible, no idea how can the omelet be that bad but in the hotel it’s something disgusting as well as beans as seams they are mixing it up with water or I don’t know what.
