You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

It is not where you think it will be located. Ad is missleading. It is a really big hill to climb after 7h of skiing. You will need the car everyday to go skiing.

For people who travel with car, this is a perfect apartment to stay. But for people who don't have a car and plan to ski at Grandvarila (El Tarter), it could be a bit difficult to travel up and downhill with the equipments as it's a 20min walk from the Gondola to the apartment (all the way uphill). Better to stay there only when you drive.
The apartment is perfect. The designs are very modern and both rooms are spacious. Loads of space for clothes and stuffs storage. Very nice terrace facing the mountains. Well-equipped kitchen. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

Lack of honesty that it was in Ransol looking across to the El Tarter ski area and that a car was essential to be able to ski daily. However it is not up a winding road.
Unexpectedly spacious. Gorgeous views and sunny balconies. 2 bathrooms and bidet was a life saver when I seriously injured my knee.

The bedroom was a little tight only 2 persons staying if more not much room for luggage. No chopping board had to chop veg on a plate

Finding the apartment from the garage was a challenge. Parking could be organized more efficiently- the spot attached to this apartment far away.

Fold out sleeping sofa in the living room was definitely not very comfortable for adults
Great location, 5 min walk from main lift up the mountain and 1 min walk from groceries and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well equipped for the basics. Decent size and sensible layout.

Great views, nice and modern. If you don’t have a car the location may be a bit far. You have to walk up a fairly steep hill after a day of skiing which might be a bit much for some kids.
The property is modern and clean. Staff were very welcoming and even helped us with our luggage on the first night.

limited kitchen utensils: NO ICE TRAYS, wooden spoons but we only cooked one evening and ate out the rest limited apres ski since Abocet has moved and gone to ticketed entry so we drove up to Soldeu to the Aspen bar

The sofa-bed could be bigger/more comfortable but for a few nights only it's okay. The kitchen only has very basic equipment, not even salt, pepper or oil. It would be good to clarify in the description/welcome e-mail which coffee machine there is so one can buy coffee accordingly.
Good value for money, nice view from the balcony. It's nicely furnished and the bed in the main bedroom is comfortable and big.

Door to the balcony didn't shut properly and the leg of one of the chairs was broken. We reported this on the Tuesday morning and neither were attended to before we left on the Friday morning. No bread board, place mats and kitchen lightly equipped.
Large apartment with large bathrooms and close to shops, restaurants and the ski lifts. Good size parking as well which made a pleasant change !

The non stick pans are all scratched and there’s no silicon spatula. The winding of the blinds to provide shade in the bedroom isn’t working .
Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, good heating facilities and car park.

The location of the apartment was different to the one shown on the website, when we picked up the keys we were given a paper map which was a little misleading so it took some time to find the apartment especially as it was dark.
Keys were easy to collect. The apartment was clean and tidy and perfect for a short stay for four of us.

The only remark would be to provide more kitchen equipment, like more pots and frying pans - it would suit the families which prepare the dishes inside better.
The Host offer various accomodation types depending on Your choice which are located in the separate buildings. We would recommend to concentrate rather on the window view than on the interior design (it is not the highest standard). The stayed in the higher building in the attic -apartment was very spacious, with 2 bathrooms, dining room and opened up kitchen. Our Younger family members could easily run and enjoy the after the daily hikings. Beds were comfortable, You found enough bed linen and towels inside. You park just below the building in the garage and use the elevator in front of the apartment door. Very bright and nature connected place.

Little hard to find, parking in the basement is tight. Needs a bit of touch-up internally from being well used

Would have been nice to have a few coffee pods and tea bags available to begin with.
Very nice 1 bedroom apartment in a complex overlooking the valley. Great value for money at this time of year. Carrefour Supermarket just down the road at Canillo.
