Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South KoreaGym condition is too harsh. Pool time is only up to 18:00 pm including the break time between 13:00~14:00. Bad smell. This hotel is close to the airport so you can listen to the vivid airplane sound.
I always stay at this hotel when coming to Dubai. This is a good place to eat Korean food and experience the culture.

Iraq_Located far from city center. You can solve this problem by metro. (I suggest that hotel must offer free ride to city center to every person that book 3 days or more). _Littel expensive price per day.

South AfricaOn the Friday night we could hear loud music until the early hours of the morning. Not sure where it originated. The swimming pool temperature could have been cooled down as the water was way to warm for September. Unfortunately they could not arrange an early check-in as requested. While we were there, there was a lot of maintenance and construction on the premises.
The beds were very comfortable, and the aircon was perfect temperature. Reception was very friendly. It was conveniently located close to supermarkets.

United Arab EmiratesAll is good, not until tonight one girl in reception, she’s not smile. I told her I want to pay for 4 days but she told me to wait to another counter. She didn’t do anything, she’s not busy and the other one is busy . I’ve waited for 30mins just to pay while she’s there didn’t do anything. She should know what is the proper way of approaching the guest. Other staff is good, security in parking is good. Only this lady ruin my day. She should respect and treat well the guest. Hoping this would not encounter again.
