We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We loved everything about this unique desert resort. It is truely seven star compared to other hotels we have stayed in around the world - probably the best! The staff are so professional and willing to please - you really feel pampered. Only an hour from Dubai so highly recommended for business in Dubai or just a totally chilled, romantic get away!

LebanonThe villa was very beautiful. The view on the desert was amazing. Especially during sunset and at night. It was very calm. The butler Charith was extremely professional and helpful. He welcomed us with warmth and great energy. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything is set up for our special occasion. Charith was also available to help us with all our requests in no time! My fiancee needed nail polish, but it was not available in the hotel. Charith the superstar had a solution, sent a taxi buy it from a mall that was 25mins from the hotel. This is what we call great professionalism and amazing sense of hospitality. Another one was when we were having dinner and his shift was ending around 10pm. We needed the bone fire to be lit up in the villa at around 11:30pm to enjoy the beautiful night in the desert. He made sure ti make it happen, and asked someone to be ready to do it when we come back. (He even brought us marshmallows!!) Wow what an experience, and Charith made it even more special and memorable. Thank you Charith and Kudos to you if you are reading this review!

A unique oasis in the Al Wadi Desert with beautiful view over the desert. Beautiful and large villas with private pool. Excellent for couples who wants some privacy and intimacy in their vacation. Excellent choice to spend at least some nights and enjoy a beautiful sunsets in the Al Wadi Desert. A large range of different activities available. Excellent breakfast and restaurant services with really good quality. Easy to move inside the large resort area by golf buggies or bicycles.

AustraliaThe Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah exceeded our expectations of a 5 star resort. The villa was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. What made the stay exceptional for us, were all the staff. From the person that greeted us on our arrival, to the front reception, the staff who drove the buggies, the activities staff (a special thanks to Martin) and the staff in the restaurants. The incredible atmosphere. It is one of the best hotels and an unforgettable location: a beautiful desert nature, you can meet a camel or an oryx walking in the hotel territory. Private swimming pool in the villa. Tasty food, Moon bar where you can gaze at stars, enjoy drinks, and smoke shisha. All staff is helpful, friendly, and professional.
