We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSome of the staff were lacklustre; check in took ages simply because they sit you down and take your passport etc instead of just going to a desk, checking in, job done. Similarly on checkout, the bellboy coming to get the luggage from the room… we needed it straight away as we were immediately leaving but he simply put it in the luggage room despite me saying specifically not to do that. It’s like they have only one way of doing things… then the buggy driver was being overly “matey” with me, obviously trying to get me to give him a tip. It was cringe worthy. All the above are first world problems but when you’re spending £2k a night you don’t expect to have anything whatsoever to complain about.
Iconic building and very luxurious; Hermes toiletries are an example. Location is great

Hong KongItalian restaurant not up to expectations. Food is not Italian and very fusioned. My husband was asked by the sommelier whether he would like another glass of pinot grigio when PRE-DESSERT WAS ON THE WAY. This kind of wine advice is completely unworthy of a 3 star establishment.

United KingdomThere is a lot of walking around which is acceptable but is the only negative I can think of, lots of space outside not used which seemed a waste.
The room we had was a panoramic suite, 2 story and huge. There was so much room it was mind blowing. These rooms were quiet and luxurious. The breakfast was a highlight and sat in stunning surroundings having breakfast was amazing. Ample choices of healthy food.

GermanyCheck-out process at the reception desk (queuing and the handling of the deposit authorisation) could have been better (compared to smooth check-in)!
We had a perfect stay - starting with the Rolls Royce pick-up, the professional check-in procedure inside the room, the stunning suite, the exceptional staff (specially mentioning the beach staff Asil, Nagur, Abbas, Radjil!) who made our days here outstanding! The food at Al Iwan is also highly recommended.
