Some slight damp smell in the room (we had junior suite) not unbearable but getting in contrast with overall cleanness. The breakfast was quite modest - but ok if staying for 1 day.

Well-equipped hotel with all toiletry and amenities you might need, two big bottles of water, super clean. Location is also great if you plan to spend time around Cornish.

It's a bit dated and is a bit expensive considering what you get. The toilet water was leaking all the time. It was very difficult to control the water temperature, sometimes it was being burning hot and just not going down. Towels had some stains in them and the personal didn't even change them first 3 days.

The location of the hotel is nice, but it's a bit far from the Corniche beach. AC worked good. Breakfast was very nice and delicious. Good choice of things.

Room service was bit slower in the night time. I asked for a soap which was delivered approx after 30 minutes, after I had to remind them twice.

There was construction/renovation work going on on the floor above us and it went on for 30 mins, even thought we called to request them to stop twice. They finally did halt the renovation work and we were then able to get some rest.

The food I order from to the room was, was not good at all the burger meat was too dry and tasteless, sandwich was okay but not really tasty. As well they charge for the ice bucket 10aed which I have never seen in any hotel they do.

The room was spacious, huge and cleanliness was pretty good. Front desk staff was accommodating, Housekeeping staff as well very professional.

The WiFi is terribly slow, and I could not connect. I highly recommend that you fix the network. One device did not connect at all till the end of the stay. The facility is old in general but in comparison to the price, it's worth the value.

Since the outlook of the hotel is old on the site, we expected the facility to be worse, but the hotel was better than expected. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is cooperative. City Seasons in Abu Dhabi is much better than City Seasons in Dubai.

Extremely large room, outdated decor, and smelt of cigarette smoke. No bedding for the sofa bed, but this was quickly sorted.

Large room, with a comfortable main bed. Very good location, close to good restaurants, and a short walk to the promenade. Housekeeping was very quick when we asked for extra bedding.
