Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I stayed on the 7th floor in a sizeable double bed room which was very comfortable, clean and serviced everyday. Complementary water and proximity to City Centre / ADGM made it a really good location. Very easy to hail a taxi without booking. The all you can eat breakfast with decent selection of food was scrumptious.

RussiaNothing is really critical, but there are couple of details that other travellers might need to know before check-in. Sockets in a suite are local type and require additional adapter for european devices, fortunately it's possible to request it from hotel staff. A fridge in a room is full of promoted items, that you can buy for extra price, but there is not so much space left for your own products, if you have some. But maybe it's also manageable.
Quite nice hotel, clean, comfortable, simple check-in, polite staff, convenient location with some cafes and supermarkets nearby. All the furniture and equipment work properly with a good quality.

The room was very good and nice, the location is within Abu Dhabi downtown and close to Abu Dhabi mall. Breakfast is poor and did not meet its value so it is recommended to book without breakfast as many cafes and resturantas are available nearby.
