I consider that for the size of this resort, the pool is small to accommodate what is supposed to be a good amount of guests for a resort of this size.

Staff is very friendly, the bed is very comfortable, the concierge staff was very helpful. Gym was suitable and the resort in general is high level. The water of the pool was warm and nice.

Stuff is very supportive, many thanks to Ajun, Tamer. Sea view is really nice, rooms are good, food variety is fair. Pool bar is available, good quality of sea food on weekends. In case there is an option of room upgrade - they can provide for free (first time my family got a shale instead of standard double room, last stay - room with a balcony while I paid for same room without balcony )

This is a hidden gem of UAE. 5 Star hotel and the staff is amazing. Facility is superb. Beach front access and swimming pools. Amenities are first class. Perfect place to stay while traveling back to Saudi by road. Miss Anecia and her team totally fantastic. The rooms amazing size and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are delicious variety is wonderful and caters to people of all nationalities. Fantastic food and fantastic resort and fantastic team. Miss Anecia was very cooperative, professional and wonderful to work with.

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The quality of the place exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, the pool was temperature-controlled, and the highlight was undoubtedly the food. In all my previous visits to hotels in the UAE, ranging from well-known luxury brands to mid-range options, I have never encountered such an impressive variety in a dinner buffet. It's not just about the grandeur or luxury, but the resort stood out due to its exceptional selection of dishes, top-notch service, and the overall quality of the food. The dinner buffet featured a remarkable variety, including a live BBQ station serving everything from lobsters to salads, an array of meats, sushi, dumplings, and numerous vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The outstanding but not overly sweet cakes and desserts tempted me to indulge. The breakfast was equally delightful, with a perfect live station, a mix of juices, freshly baked bread, traditional English breakfast items, and, of course, excellent coffee – a memorable way to start the day. I want to express my gratitude to two individuals for their exceptional service – the lady chef who showcased her skills at the live stations during the night and breakfast, and the steward ( again I forgot his name, start from letter S ) who ensured that everything we needed was just a call away. I look forward to returning at the earliest opportunity and extending my stay to fully savor the outstanding food and hospitality provided by the team.

Despite the fact that this resort is close to an industrial area it was a nice (but short) stay. The beach was clean but not really good for swimming (just 50 - 80 cm deep sea). Maybe low tide... Both dinner and breakfast were fabulous! The hotel was able to organize a visit to Sir Bani Yas island including wildlife safari.

the site had a kitchen facilities in the villa, but they said no cooking allowed in the villa. I am not sure why? No barbecue area. Also the breakfast area was very crowed and not enough staffs there. There should be double or triple lines of same dishes for guests if too crowded. My family would like to visit there again if they improve this issues.

The room had a beautiful sea view and a very easy access to the beach and sea. My children loved to play in the sea all day long. The villa was very spacious and clean.

Nice location for those driving to Saudi Arabia. Friendly staff and easy check-in/check out experiences. Ajay and Ismail from Concierge made our challenge with heavy bags much easier.
