To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Good breakfast. We stayed in a room with a view toward Burj Al Arab. Big supermarket just around the corner. Bus station nearby. Metro station in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and could book various trips including safari or free shuttle bus to the beach.

RomaniaWindows not opening. Free shuttle bus to the beach only for 7 persons only one time a day, so there was completely booked with 3 days before and also, the driver does not work in weekend. They do not provide transport from/to the port, only from/ to the aeroport.
Breakfast is good. Position is good: 10 minutes walking from metro station Internet city. The hotel has only 4 floors, so you do not wait at the elevators. Internet is very good in the room and in the hotel. We are allowed to stay in the room few hours after usual check out, as we have an evening flight. Thanks. Very friendly staff. Very clean.

BelgiumI cannot say the staff was overly friendly: not at the reception (but for the lady, I think the manager: she was!), not in the restaurant and not the supporting staff. It was a bit of a weird vibe. Not negative but not the friendly touch you get in other hotels in Dubai. The location is not good: nothing around and getting to a nightshop is undoable if you don't know Dubai. There was a lot of noise of music/performance. The breakfast is so/so, not spectacular

ArgentinaCheck in was supposed to be at 2pm but we got our room by 5pm. Even though apologize has been given, no explanation at all why there was a delay. (It was easy to tell that rooms were not ready and we were 5 groups of reservations waiting at that time)
Location was ok and there are shuttles that helps to save some money and time. Rooms were clean. The area is super quite and far away enough not to hear any noise from the highway in which after a long day among the crowd, is needed. If you want to visit the Palm or Marina bay is a perfect place. Breakfast has various options for a 3 stars hotel so fair enough! Even at the end all the options were available.

i came for a business conference and this was a 5-minute walk to the venue. I chose this hotel because it was the closest to it. it was very convenient and had a basic breakfast and a decent venue for F&B. The service and room were as per expectations and price point was decent.
