The Hotel is exactly what its name is, it is Grand. The Hotel is beautiful, the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The housekeeping was on point and the concierge assisting with taxis outside were super sufficient and courteous. The check in and check out process was very quick. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

There was a great kids club nearby but it could be more accessible (we had only 2 free hours available). Strange that there was no drinking water for the kids.

Rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The service was great, very welcoming and positive. Buffet was great!

Kids loved the tempered pool and rolli polli play area thru megaplex. They had an amazing time. The staff were accomodating and always ready to asisst.

The atmosphere was lovely. Excellent customer service. Located in an ideal location. Adi, Sridhar, Arun and Fayis was very helpful and made us very comfortable throughout our visit. Team delivered Bonvoyage & a special Birthday cake to our room for my little one birthday.

the kids pool area (water park) was under construction which was a little hard for our kids to be entertained and they should have mentioned that prior to booking

This is my third time in this hotel one of my favorite hotels in Dubai I was there on Eid holiday and it was very busy but the staff did there best to make sure we were satisfied Rasha on reception is an amazing person Breakfast staff are amazing and super helpful

Our biggest issue was we felt that the main restaurant had much more food choices than the second restaurant they sent people to when the main restaurant was full. While I tried to sell to my Mrs. that they probably have the same exact choices; that was for dinner. When we attended breakfast in the main restaurant, I realized that my assumption was impossible.

Staff seemed genuinely friendly. During checking in, it was somewhat crowded and I was getting tense. A manager walked up to me and spoke and I was made the next person in line to a just open computer register. The place was very clean. We absolutely loved the quality of food. We absolutely would go their again.

The greetings by the hotel staff are overwhelming. The room , breakfast, and the view are all exceptional.

Next to the outdoor pools there is an ongoing construction site for the future water park (some noise and presumably dust, anyway nothing too extreme). The food offering could be better (no idea why so much Indian food, as during our stay there were hardly any guests from India). Inside the restaurant the meal experience can vary drastically depending on where your table is located (some tables are mostly quiet, those near the forest, others are noisy and have lots of traffic near them, some tables have good or bad lighting). Also the service at the two restaurants for the breakfast is not the same, even the food offering seemed a bit different (less at the smaller restaurant, as there were fewer guests). If one must be picky, very disappointing was the ice cream or lack of good ice cream. For a 5* hotel the ice cream offered must be of better quality, with different flavours.

The hotel is very close to the airport, the room was large, comfy and large bed, good air conditioning (very important for a good stay and sleep), very efficient elevators, so no waiting time, the indoor courtyard is very nice, I suppose in the summer it seems even nicer, overall tasty food, especially the pizza, the valet service was very fast.

The pool area is under refurbishment. The sun loungers were packed in like sardines in a can. Pool was over crowded as about two thirds of the pool area is fenced off.
