We stayed in a club room. Everything was very good. The rooms are much larger than average with a separate dressing room leading to the bathroom. Very convenient for shopping with many international brands in the mall adjacent to the hotel. Hudaryyat Island is a few minutes drive over the bridge and has an excellent beach with cafes and restaurants.

14th Floor, and house keeping definitely should be more efficient and follow hygiene and cleaning procedures.

When we checked in, our room was not as what we expected, sleepless 2 nights, talked to the manager on duty who was kind enough to change our rooms and upgraded to a better floor. Duty manager was very caring and helpful.

Breakfast range and layout could be a lot better. There for nearly 19 days and the same breakfast was laid out. Plus the staff should be more attentive to the patrons needs. They are so aloof and does not like it when patrons ask them for something. If they don't like there jobs then they should quit, otherwise serve properly.

The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was collapsed so didn’t get a good night rest unfortunately.

Great location the entrance of the mall was on the 3th floor, nice view and we were able to check-in early for free thanks to Ayoub for that.

The breakfast, besides the fruit and bread, we couldn’t have much else as we don’t eat onions/garlic and are vegetarian. For most, it’s really nice continental breakfast.

The location was amazing, with a bridge connecting the hotel to the Al Wahada Mall, it was so convenient. There was and amazing pure vegetarian restaurant in the mall, a must try!! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had specific dietary needs meant we couldn’t have all the breakfast, would have been nice to be able to get more than just fruits and bread. But definitely go there again, overall experience was above satisfactory. Definitely preferred it over the hustle and bustle of Dubai!

Our room is connected to another room, which caused trouble with our sleep due to the occupants of the other room fighting and being too noisy.

I like the location because it's near the center and within walking distance of the bus station. Additionally, the breakfast is good, and the room is comfortable

"Homely friendly hotel Only stayed 2 nights but the hotel has wonderful suite rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly. It is vey central and walking distance of all local shops cafes and restaurants.

The reception named syed was playing with our request for early checkin. He keeps on promising us with how much time they are preparing our room. From 30mins of waiting when we arrived around 10 am until i decided to leave and asked mg wife to do the checkin. But syed did the same even telling my wife to wait for 10-15mins and at the end they finally checked in almost 12 noon. Im really disappointed with the way he is delaying from 10:30 till almost 12noon. We waited because he said that there are group of guest checked out and they are just cleaning ng the rooms.

There is dust that can be cleaned. It is in the very hard to find places. This is a minor issue as the rooms are clean and comfortable but if they could deep clean the rooms, I would turn it from a 9 to a 10.

Love the location. The rooms are great size and spacious. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the valets to the cleaning staff.
