Breakfast buffet was amazing, best I’ve ever had. House keeping was exceptional. Thank you. We have cancelled our next destination and have rebooked with you. So looking forward to returning.

we had early check out and asked about breakfast. One girl from customer service told us we can have just continental breakfast in our room, for us it was very bad, as we don't eat flakes and bakery. She ordered it for us. In the evening we decided to ask once again, and another girl from service desk told us, that we can order what ever we want from breakfast menu. We asked to cancel continental breakfast and surprise-surprice it was not even ordered. Good, that we checked and ordered normal breakfast. One more issue with the same girl, we reserved Budha-bar, and she told us, that we will need to leave bar before 9pm as we have a child with us. It was not issue for us. But...next day we were not allowed to Budha-bar, one thing- no reservation, another one- we have a child and it is not allowed. Of course we received apologies, but...

We arrived at 10 am and received our room immediately! After night flight it was really nice! Absolute best service you could ask for. Perfect breakfast and dinner. Once we were in ToroToro restaurant, but the main one in the hotel is much more better. You can find everything you want. Our daughter (6y) received a small present, of course after such a surprise she wants to go only to Grossvenor.

Plenty around the hotels to do the staff are fabulous , the hotel is an older hotel but is excellent , the sister hotel with mini bus taking you there gives the option of city and beach holiday

We were surprisingly upgraded to a 3-bedroom, 5 bathroom suite which we shared with our friends and travelling companions. Each couple had a separate private king bedroom and en-suite bath; the suite was fabulous. Location and services were also great.

We visited hotel restaurant for dinner, ordered a fresh squized orange juice for the kid, they brought a juice and didn't tell me, that is a bottled one, unpleasant , as until I asked they just pretended we got a fresh one. Not convenient pillows and beds, the room is not new. Sometimes you have to wait for a table at breakfast, too long service to wait for your coffee and they sometimes forgot to bring it. At check-in they serve a welcome drink longer than should be, and the waiter from the nearby lobby comes to sell you a bottle of water as if it's ordered as a free one (but then it turns out that is not a welcome one but you need to pay for it)

Good location in Marina Dubai, we got a sea view, nice helpful staff. Generally good breakfast with a variety of food, but still no berries. The hotel provides a free transfer and access to the beach of another hotel (the beach is public but generally ok) Thanks to the guest relation service for the help to book the tickets for the Burj Khalifa. You'd better use a city taxi to get round to other places. If you'd like to parachute, close to the hotel a sky-dive center. The Palma is also nearby.

Pay attention to WiFi. WiFi is sufficient for texting and social networks surfing, but not suitable for movies watching.

Food was amazing. If you are at half-board you can visit buffet-dinner (by the way, extraordinary, amazing buffet-dinner) or some excellent restaurants that locate in the hotel. You can get half-board menu in these restaurants. Personal is polite, unobtrusive and always around.
