But because of this delay they gave us free breakfast for the whole stay plus on dinner voucher also late checkout. But the most annoying thing about the hotel was the lifts ! It took us at least 5 minutes waiting each time we wanted to take the lift !!
The staff were great ! Service was perfect! Room was big and super clean very comfy bed!

Great location, beach access and the housekeeping team were fantastic. A good selection of restaurants and bars within the hotel complex, and a flexible approach to half board were it can be used for lunch or dinner. The roof top bar is amazing.

But I compromised my sea view for a slightly bigger room so I technically didn't get an upgrade. Omelette station was slow in the morning and always gave us the wrong omelette.
The. bed was really comfortable. We were able to have early check in. We were able to have access to jumeriah beach and visit other restaurants in Hilton jumeriah. The best restaurant was the sky lounge. The food was tasty and the staff was attentive. A lot of variety for breakfast in the morning.

Then, at the hotel reception, I was told my room type doesn't have a balcony. Please remove the picture of the balcony from your standard room with a sea view.

The hotel's location is excellent. It has two buildings connected by a bridge, one of which is on the Jumeirah Beach. The hotel is clean and the services are excellent. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ms. Nawal.

Suite was excellent with beautiful beach views, could not fault the suite whatsoever. Excellent staff, very attentive and always happy to help.
