The check in took a long time as they were not prepared for the rush of guests. It is a remote location, thus you should be driving when you stay here.

The Room was compact but well appointed. The bathroom with Shower Cubicle was convenient. Staff were friendly. The Valet parking was efficient. They have good restaurants as part of the property.

The hotel reception area and internal passage to the Novotel are new and very modern, but the rooms the IBIS could use a renewal, especially the carpet and hardwood floors with holes. The breakfast room furniture is also very old and wobbly. 1 of 3 coffee machines was broken during our entire stay.

The Belgian Beer restaurant was fantastic and offered a great selection of food and drinks. The live music outside was an unexpected treat! The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The pool area and bar were also very pleasant.

I didn't like the pool location, if you are a guests of Ibis you have to go all the way to the ground and transfer to the other side of Novotel and go the 2nd floor. If they will make a pathway in the 2nd level between ibis and Novotel, it would be amazing. Also, we have to give back our pool towels and when we asked for white towels as replacement to bring with us in our room, they don't have it available. How can you expect us to walk around in your hotel without towels and we are dripping wet, it's also cold when you go out from the pool. You can improve your breakfast area especially the hostess of the breakfast buffet when we went there. She is walking around asking people for their hotel number, there should be one or two person in the front door assisting guests before they come in. She is not very pleasant as well. Maybe you can renovate the restaurant area too. For breakfast, its pretty congested and like a school canteen. WIFI connection is so slow, could be because of Eid Holidays. I ended up using my data instead.

We booked on the day of the Eid and we came a little bit early than the check-in time. The receptionist assisted us very well and accommodated our request as much as he can. Al though they are a bit slow during the check in, but I like the way they treat their customers. For the price of their breakfast buffet, I can say I am satisfied and the food is good as well. I like the timing of their pool, gym and other facilities. Pool size is pretty decent and gym too. I like how they have 4 basement of parking area. The hotel is a bit far from the downtown of Abu Dhabi but its a good place to relax if you want to get away from the busy city life. They have restaurants and bar as well. The hotel ambiance is good and quite relaxing.

I asked for Honeymoon setup for my bed. The beds were not folded properly even. We checked in late at night and the room didn't have water to drink.

Room windows ware very small and furniture colour was not good as its was bit uncomfortable for eyes.

Hotel location was amazing. Since its located out of the town no traffic or city rush. Breakfast was good & it was having many verities.

No outisde balcony or sitting area next to room as we were at 13th floor ( i know its safety precautions but we like to sit out thats y) Outside Sheesha lounge music 🎶 was there which was till 12:00 i think so which affecting us while we were in room

Systematic steps from booking to checkout (supportive in early check in 🫡) receptionists gorgeous and soft, respective in communication, guest relationship and support (name forgot its day shift 1 nepalese(Rohshini like name) 1 sirilankan (Ushni like name) Room boy is good, supportive and respective Sheesha cafe staff also respective stay was comfortable and kept in memory book.

It’s a little old looking and the tiny tv screams the 90s, however these aren’t a deterrent as the hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

It was clean and the setting was beautiful. I enjoyed having late night snacks at the creek bank.

Location is awesome. It’s clean and tidy. Staff are polite and friendly. Special thanks to Ms.Rohini, even though my check in is at 2 PM , she managed to get me in at 11 AM. I needed to rest after long flight and get ready for another 18 hr flight. Her help is immeasurable. Thank you. I will keep visiting.

Room could be slighly bigger & spacious. Drinking water kept at the room was insufficient More Indian Veg dishes could be part of Buffet as lot of Indians travel to Abudhabi for business as well as leisure purpose. Access to swimming pool was not easy

The check in process was very quick, staff were courteous and helpful. The ambience of the Hotel was nice and Breakfast was pretty decent.
