It was a delightful stay for our family of 4. The room was very spacious and clean. We didnt need an extra bed. Breakfast was full of fresh options. Kids club was running like clockwork. Maria was very attentive to my 4.5 year old twins. They had a blast. The beach was perfect. Sea and air temperature in april is great. The staff was very helpful.

I didn’t like the fact no one told me I couldnt invite my relatives during the Eid Period. And it was unfair as I had to book a room for them to spend some time with them by the pool

Breakfast outside area needs renovation. Hotel is less posh than Al Qasr or Mina, but it is more down to earth. nothing much to add, worth the money for sure.

This hotel is ideal going with kids. Kids club is amazing, a lot of stuff to entertain kids. Also, you can a have a walk around other restorts like al qasr, or naseem. Half board option is nice too, cause you can choose from other resorts restaurants (when you go with kids, if adults only, would go ahead with different restaurants). Good selection for breakfast. They gave us early check in and check out. Staff in reception is really nice.

Unfortunately, there were more than a few guests who were acting in a manner that wasn't in keeping with their location, not just for the hotel but the country they were visiting and although the staff are undoubtedly wonderful, not enough was done to ask these extremely loud, rude, crass guests shouting and swearing, playing obnoxiously loud and vulgar music in communal areas where children were also present which sadly resulted in bringing the class and overall vibe of the hotels executive pool and waiting areas down to a level that is not what you would expect for a hotel as beautiful and classy as JBH.

Staff were fantastic as always, the hotel was spotless, and the amenities were more than you could ever need. Beautiful clean beach, wonderful service, and delicious food in every restaurant. I have been visiting this hotel for the last 15 years and the staff, rooms and food has been consistently a high standard.

The cleanliness of the room and the condition of the bed were not as expected. Our check-in took a lot of time and the relevant official did not have sufficient mastery of this task at all and was very amateur.

Our room was based on a king-size bed, but unfortunately, two single beds were pushed together, and this was not true at all. The cleanliness of the room was not up to expectations and the floor was not swept at all during our stay.

The Hotel Lobby coffee dock / Bar area is a wonderful place to sit and have a coffee or a drink on way back from an evening at the Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates but it closes from serving at 11pm which for such a busy hotel I was very disappointed.

What a wonderful place to relax beside the pool or take a walk along the beach. The staff at the pool side were amazing made us feel so safe relaxed anything we needed was never a problem. Made it a wonderful experience for our children. A very special thankyou to Moses and Shandat their kindness and professional manner in looking after our family was amazing. The closeness of Wild Wadi to Jumeirah Beach hotel pool was amazing so easy great fun for our Children.

Only improvement I would suggest is to replace the hair dryers. I did ask for another however wasn’t much better. For a 5 star hotel I would expect a good hairdryer, one fit for purpose.

Beautiful hotel, perfect welcome upon arrival, went above and beyond. Overall staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast choice was good, room was clean and well proportioned. Perfect view of Burj Al Arab. First time visiting Jumeirah beach, buggy service was great to just hop on/off.

Great pools in the hotel area, beach by the sea, exceptional room service, helpful concierge service, loved the location and surroundings, enjoyed staff friendliness, breakfast had super wide variety of food options. Overall high level hospitality. Enjoyed our stay with family.

No shop on the hotel grounds for snacks for young ones! Outside the hotel you can’t cross the road for a very long distance to go to the mall facing due to central reservation. Staff couldn’t make a child’s cheese sandwich when asked but wanted me to purchase a club sandwich! Traffic in Dubai is terrible now, so stay on Jumeira beach we’re everything is within walking distance imo for half the price!

Beach area well kept, staff can’t do enough, pool areas and beds are great, breakfast was amazing, rooms are spacious and have all accessories.
