We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesToo crowded but that was due to long holidays in uae. Staff were not prepared though. Reception Ms Alaa was downright rude! One of our rooms was ready at almost 8pm! No compensation and not even an apology! Swimming pool had used tissues and gunk. Grandson had a vomiting fit immediately after that! Sad really!
Have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Access to Fujairah mall. Very quiet area. Good breakfast

United Arab EmiratesThe Swimming Pool in Royal M fell short due to lacking amenities like locker rooms and inconveniently located washrooms. The pools were not adequately clean, diminishing the overall experience. Improvement needed for a comfortable swim.
My stay at Royal M had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms were impeccably clean with commendable toilet and bath areas. The bedding was perfect, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. However, the living space was marred by a torn sofa that lacked comfort, which was disappointing.Breakfast at the hotel was commendable, with timely refills of all items except for the coffee counter, whose operator was unfortunately rude. Despite this setback, the hotel redeemed itself through the outstanding performance of staff member Ms. Nargese, who was kind, friendly, and provided exceptional service.Furthermore, as an executive room guest, having lounge access during the night was a highlight. However, the experience could have been enhanced if the management addressed the issues with the torn sofa and the attitude of the cafe maker. Taking these suggestions into account would greatly improve the overall customer experience and potentially elevate the hotel's rating. I remain hopeful for a better experience on my next visit.
