At the lobby smells strongly of fragrances , reception guys almost don't smile.

Huge comfortable room, bed is king size and also comfortable. Around the hotel there are a lot of supermarkets, beach is 5 mins walking and nice street with restaurants. Breakfast is ok, 6-7/10.

The reception person was unfriendly. Not in a rude way, just made me feel like I was bothering him by showing up to check in. Never smiled or made friendly conversation. Also the bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

The reception area is nice, clean and shiny so it can be misleading. The rooms need urgent refurbishing!!! There is a terrible smell on the corridors, the cleaning is just not existing. There were hairs in the bathroom, the carpet in the rooms is FILTHY. The view would be nice but you cannot look out of the windows because they are incredibly dirty. There is a balcony, but all the doors and windows are locked so you cannot go outside or let some fresh air in, and it is covered in thick dirt. We found objects left from previous guests in different parts of the room so the cleaning was definitely not done properly.

The hotel's position is great, there are several 24/7 supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, restaurants in the near, the beach is just a few minutes away. Our suite was very spacious with 2 bathrooms that was pretty comfortable. The pub downstairs is nice for a few drinks. For the price it is not a bad choice if you do not have big expectations.

I think the hotel is overrated because it is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3 star hotel. In the room was too cold for me. The breakfast is not for a hotel of 4 star. The food was tasty but few types of food. The furniture in the room is old, nothing new and the windows are very dirty.

The location is good, the view is very nice and the staff was friendly. The apartment was very big and the bathroom as well.

On arrival the reception staff were a little blunt rather than welcoming and we had to wait for 45 minutes for the room to be ready after 2pm which was check in time and the time we had indicated we’d be arriving. Only 3 sun loungers around the pool.

Rooms are large and the location is good, walkable to a lovely beach which has a minimal charge and it’s easy to walk along the corniche. All attractions are a short, cheap taxi journey. Good variety of food at breakfast. Tea coffee facilities in the room. Good restaurants locally.

I think that I reserved a king room but I got a room for people with disabilities, so the bathroom was adapted to them.

The room was clean and with all the necessary amenities. On the last day they allowed me a late check out with extra fee of 100 AED.

When checking into the hotel, the reception was alone. She had to take care of many people at the same time. After completing the transaction, he just gave us our room key card. She did not give the slightest information about the hotel.

Room was kept clean and it was spacious. Just needed to ask staff for any requirements you had and it was done. Very courteous and polite staff throughout my stay. Fado's bar serves excellent food and good variety of drinks. Shops and eateries a plenty within walking distance. Corniche very easy walk from hotel .
