Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TurkeyPeacocks are naturally beautiful, but we can not say the same thing for their sound. An application for the hotel with menus of restaurants would be good to have. Minigolf requires better care.
Our room was Premium Garden Terrace Junior Suite and we loved having direct access to perfectly landscaped gardens. Room was huge with 2 TV's, and a great bathroom. If I am not wrong, there were 25 restaurants to choose from. Buffet breakfast was rich enough for everyone's different taste. Many different attractions available to keep you busy, but we liked mini golf especially.

United Arab EmiratesI was really bothered with the bugs issue, I understand that the place is in middle of natural greenery and running water but there has to be measure to insolate the rooms to avoid bugs from coming in or reduce them, it was one kind like pill bug coming from sewers and corners behind the bed, and a lot of mosquitos also but the staff gave us the wall plug to repel them
I loved everything about it, I've been coming to this place for over 10 years and I have to say the enhancement was dramatic, they created tamr and its facilities and the food quality is better and more variety of entertainment and the service was excellent by the staff at the check-in desk and the team were exceptionally understanding of my medical condition and therefore were very accommodating to my condition and were able to grant us what we had requested. Furthermore the beach cleanliness went up to excellent state, would recommend to stay in the palm tree court and try tamr with your family and friends. Peacocks were so cute!

United KingdomWe would come back to the property but there are some things that you would expect from a 5 stars that you will not find here - a lot of the little touches are missing (particularly at the service level): - Hard to get bookings for a la carte restaurants even though we tried as soon as we arrived - Main buffet restaurant at Palm Tree court closed in the evening for the whole week despite full capacity at the hotel (and no communication at all from the hotel about it) - You usually have to wait longer than 5/10 min for buggies - When asking for direction in the resort, employees are clueless. They only know their little part. So really hard to get help. - Buggy drivers are driving recklessly - Not possible to get Uber family or kareem with car seats because of the hotels location. So if you have very young children that will create a problem with car seats (unless you bring your own) - Outside breakfast table not cleaned properly - morning dew every morning on the table - many mistakes on the bill during check out - Mixed bag with the staff - some barely say hello and others are lovely - but in general I would say not up to par with a 5 stars resort - They forgot to pack a breakfast box for the last day of our stay when we had early departure
- Lovely and spacious bedroom with beautiful bathroom with a big tub and shower - Housekeeping was fantastic (change of towels and clean up twice a day) - Grounds are beautiful - Beautiful swimming pools temperature + lots of choice - Peacocks all over the property are a lovely addition - A la carte restaurants are very good - In general great value for money

BelgiumWater is not included in the restoration. In addition it’s even quite expensive. Water should be offered on the beach and in the restaurants. This is customary in many similar locations in Dubai and other.
Quiet location. Excellent benefit of using the facilities of all the hotels. Excellent beach. Very good services.

United KingdomShower not powerful at all and shower area very drab. Husband cut his toe quite badly on an uneven tile around the pool area. Reception staff not overly concerned about this and eventually a nurse came to the room the next day to dress it. Noisy birds could be heard at night.
Bed really comfortable and nice linen. Food great in all the areas we visited. Cleaners, waiting and bar staff all helpful and pleasant.

RussiaConstruction works right under apartments creat discomfort due to noise especially in the mornings, sometimes early mornings like at 7.00-7.30. Small gym and pool with hot unclean water.
New building with easy access to basement parking. Fresh smell inside of halls, elevators and apartment itself. Very delicious breakfasts “a la carte” in Italian restaurant downstairs! Location was great especially if you’re interested in visiting Dubai Mall and Fountain. Could be comfortable 15-20min walk to Burj Khalifa location.

EstoniaWe had all inclusive and paid 1000.- for night, and still we did not get our drinks and food from many places and had to walk to special bars. It is lacking little bit this 5* service. You have to find your pool towels. At Residence pool are great service but other bars you have to stand on line and wait for service. Workers are great, but I think they need some more 🙂At residence we had a late check out. We did it at 15:00 but we did not get to the room after 12. Offcoorse it was taken care after 20 minutes, but with small kids it felt like forever. We arrived first day at 23:00 so we did not use anything first day.
It was really big and quiet hotel. Nice nature with birds, fishes and cats 😄 kids liked it. Many pools at 3 hotels. Stayed at Residence, so we had a butler to drive us around. Kids loved the splash pool. Nice beach and it was sooo quiet what is exeptional in Dubai. No construction noise or partys so perfect place for family vacation. Personell was really nice and friendly. Pools were so hot. 30+ so kids were swimming all day. That was nice. Also we had a nice suprise for our birthday boy 😊 at Residence price we had a nice transfer with V- class mercedes from and to airport. It was very convenient.

IrelandThe whole resort was fab and it was great to be able to use the facilities of each hotel. The selection of restaurants was really good, something to cater for all needs in our group where the ages ranged from age 5 - 70. Our favourites for dinner were Kinara, White Orchid and Sette. Tamr and SandBar were really good for a light lunch. Food was excellent wherever we tried though and breakfast at La Fontana had a huge, fresh, tasty range of food. The shuttle service between hotels was fantastic and we also used the shuttle service between the resort and Smokin’ Gun. The grounds and gardens of the resort are beautifully maintained and looked after and very picturesque. All pools were heated and there are plenty of sun loungers around each pool and at the beachfront. Pool towels are readily available too. The resort is approx 35-40 mins taxi ride from Dubai so if you want to spend a lot time in Dubai it’s probably not the best location. However, if you want to relax in a beautiful resort with excellent restaurants and entertainment JA the Resort can’t be faulted. All staff were kind and friendly. They were very helpful and attentive and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We stayed in a Garden View Junior Suite and it was perfect for 2 adults + 2 kids. The room was cleaned daily and refreshed each evening and there was plenty of toiletries supplied throughout our stay.

Saudi ArabiaThe maitenance team are not responsive, I had to call the reception 4 times and spent 5 hours from 8 am to 1 pm waiting for them to fix a faulty electric switch. They fixed it at 1 pm, then reception directly started calling me to check-out after I wasted 5 hours waiting for them. This was the only bad experience I had in that resort. Other than this, I enjoyed my stay.
The resort is great. The staff is helpful especially "Bam" who helped us during the check in & out processess. In-room food service is very good.
