Our stay in Phoenix Plaza Hotel Apartments was very good! good, big and clean room, with all kitchen stuff, with microwave, teapot and so on. The location is good, big mall in 10 mins walking, a lot of public transport, and not far from The Corniche street with beaches. We've got a late flight, so had to have a very late check-in (ft 4 a.m. in the morning), and administrator on the front desk was waiting for us patiently, and gave us a good check in service! Thank you for the service, for our safety stay in your hotel! We'll surely recommend Phoenix Plaza Hotel Apartments!

I had trouble finding this place because its wrongly mentioned on apps like google maps and mappy, it shows this accomodation in the wrong street. I think the accomodation should change the wrong location info on the apps so people don't have trouble finding this place when using the apps google maps and mappy on their mobile phone.

The facilty was a bit old and some broken stuff. The bathroom is a lilttle old. But it was a good price for the value.

It was a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient. The window shows good view of blue sky and city. Always comes with fresh air. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The kitchen was was handly. It feels like home.

For the first time in a hotel, my check out time was not extended, I had to check out by 12.30 I requested till 1pm, it was disappointing

Although they have already mentioned it, but not having designated parking spaces was a challenge especially at night. However the security was kind enough to park our car at night.

1. The transfer from the airport offered costs $40, which I learned after the booking. There was no clarification in the description of the room that it is not included in the price of the room. Not a big deal, but still, would be better to have it clear beforehand. 2. The soundproofing could be better. Some neighbours had a loud party at night and I had to turn the TV on to fall asleep.

1. The location is 10 mins of walking from the central bus station, which means that you can get there by bus from pretty much any popular location in and near the city of Abu-Dhabi. P.S. Note that to use a bus you need to get a plastic card from a bus ticket machine at the airport, and it only accepts cash. Don't forget to put some money on it too, to activate. 2. A big shopping mall is right next to the bus station and in 5 mins of walking from the hotel. There you can find anything you need for your trip, including food court (I personally recommend a green canteen in the far left corner of the foodcourt, it's cost effective and really delicious). 3. The hotel staff are very helpful and nice. You can reach reach them by the hotel's landline phone from your room and order breakfast if needed. 4. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was great, all electric outlets, lights and appliances working.
