1) Resort has a checkin time of 3:00 pm and for us checkin was further delayed by 1 hour ,as room was not clean. So we were checked in at 4:00 pm 2)We opted for all inclusive option but this is extremely overpriced ,as the restuarant for all inclusive option has very limited menu and definately not a five star buffet. Most of the items on menu were common in Lunch and dinner Live counter had only pasta available for lunch and dinner. 3)I requested for King Bed option , staff declined telling me that if we need King Bed then room will not have a good view , (i had booked a premium room ) 4)I requested for water at the restaurant near one of the pool , staff declined stating it would open only at 11:00 am, ( it was 10:55 AM) 5)Hotel lobby is small - for a five star resort

Towel distribution center were located far off from beach.. means it was difficult to Walk in hot sun and get towels from 1 extreme locations on the beach. Check in was too crowded and issuance of key was messy process.. on Friday 3 PM Bathroom jet spray was not effective as water force wasn't enough.. So assume the rates of AED 1800 for above check in was hurting us.

I think the place needs some maintenance and renovation, Some of the furniture and cupboards could use an upgrade. Didn't get hot water in all the taps. Lots of mosquitoes in the room.

Maintenance is poor. The sofa smelled like unwashed socks. TV remote not working. The spa area had lack of service, the sauna in both male and female sections had no bucket of water. Steam room in the male section was not working. The worst part is having breakfast at breeze this morning with the dish washing area door is open, and not cleaned grease trap is causing stench all over the place.

Food is exobirant expensive considering value for money we have many resorts where food is very better / value for money be it Vida Resorts Cove Rotanna Taj in Dubai Lapita Dubai Le Meridien Fujairah Food is expensive not value for money only downside + Not great offers for Alcohol within hotel

The whole place needs an upgrade. Furniture looks really old. Room towels are too small. Prepare for noise coming from the highway behind the hotel.

I enjoyed the views from room balconies. Room service and Ocean Diving Centre within the hotel was excellent!

Property decor and design was outdated but the rooms are big and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a mess with small selection of food and i wish of it was placed in a petter way to avoid crowding.

I’ve been coming here at least once a year the last 5 years and every time it’s been amazing. From the delicate options for dining to the multiple pools and beachfront. Staff have always been very helpful and accommodating especially for special events like birthdays, they sent up a lovely cake to the room as a nice surprise!

The overall furniture needs major upgrade. The mattress was uncomfortable. The children arcade room needs maintenance, as it wasn’t working during our visit.

The furniture in the room was very old and some of the chairs very stained. We paid $750 for one night villa, I would have expected better quality interior.

Can’t beat the location and the amenities at the resort. Plenty of pools. Excellent breakfast. Very accessible. And helpful staff.

A bit noisy in the room because of intertainment programs running every evening. Kids' animation team was boring.

Not new, but surely good hotel for short family holidays. Nicely balanced menu - almost no curry! Clean and well-maintained beach. Night pool. Extrimely hospital receiptionists. As an individual traveller, I liked flexible meal plans and plenty of add-on options to the basic hotel rate.
