Ashraf, our dedicated Butler, ensured that every request was met with utmost efficiency and warmth. A special mention goes out to Woulstain, the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, who orchestrated delightful culinary experiences throughout my stay. His expertise in curating gastronomic delights tailored to my preferences was truly commendable. Yousef and Priyanka, the talented individuals behind the breakfast magic at the restaurant, served up delectable dishes with unparalleled finesse. Talha, the vigilant member of the security team, ensured a sense of safety and security at all times, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay with peace of mind. Jolly and Manan at the reception desk greeted us with warmth and efficiency, swiftly attending to all formalities and ensuring a seamless check-in/out process. Furthermore, Joanna and Queenie, the dedicated members of the guest relations team, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The staff were amazing, friendly courteous and discreet. The room was serviced exceptionally well with my requests for extra water and coffee always to hand, very happy helpful butler. The pool facilities were excellent, very clean beautiful towels and comfy loungers. I had only had the A la Carte breakfast in the Raffles Salon which was delicious with fresh brewed coffee!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great hotel generally, rooms need some tech updating...disappointed that there was no Bluetooth speaker to play music in the room nor could the tv connect to Apple devices, also inadequate TV channels on the TV

Beautiful hotel that is well equipped and very clean. Attention to detail was good with welcome chocolate and a bookmark provided when they noticed a book on my nightstand. Breakfast buffet had a very wide selection and was delicious, and room type included access to the club lounge with complimentary drinks and canapés in the evening. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Location is good, 15 minutes from Dubai Mall etc. Asked for a softer pillow and it was provided. Solo restaurant on the 3rd floor was delicious, and hotel is connected to Wafi mall which is convenient. All together a great stay!
