They gave us Non smoking room but it smells someone smokes around the room. I tried to call the reception if we can change the room instead they send the housekeeping and sprayed air freshener to cover the smells. The Filipino male receptionist assigned that day gave us inaccurate details how to locate the restaurant and very rude talking to the guest. Need some training how to talk nicely and professionally to guest’s. I would love to hear any update for that receptionist.

Value for Money. Family friendly. Loads of facilities to entertain the guest e.g billiards, table tennis, kids playroom,sauna,steam and beach area. Thank you Sheroma,Christian and Vinod for assisting my family and being professional at your work.

The kitchen could do with some cutlery and kitchen utensils. No point having a kitchen without these really. A chair in the room would be useful if someone needs to work on a laptop.

The trainee staff at reception was the best ever …. And with that smile win me over to the hotel. Momentarily forgot his name unfortunately. Food was great and rooms super clean and fresh. Entrance door staff great in organising taxis.

I did not want to leave. Forget the Palms - this is a phenomenal hotel.

One of the beat I have ever stayed in. Spacious rooms will blow you away - BUT the SECRET of the hotel is their STAFF. Reception desk unbeatably friendly and super service. Restaurant with its buffet unbeatable.

While my overall experience at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Ajman was positive, one aspect that could be improved upon was the speed of the Wi-Fi connection, which at times seemed a bit slow and unreliable.

My room exceeded my expectations in terms of both size and amenities. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly fulfilling requests for additional amenities, the staff's professionalism and hospitality were truly commendable.

Leaving ... I simply didn't want to leave. No Uber for transport available but taxi service efficient and not too expensive. Transport to the mall great but picking up meant bus was filled and had to get back to hotel on my own. A guest list would have helped.

One of the best hotels I have visited throughout the world. When it comes to staff RECEPTION was the best in the world at that beats any 5 star around the world. Mr. Muhib at the desk as a trainee was outstanding with his smile, help and stepping in when I needed help ... EVERYTIME. The food and restaurant and waiters were phenomenal. Room was 7 stars and I simply didn't want to leave. Superbly clean.

I'll suggest if the TVs can be upgraded to some thing better like a smart TV . That's all.

Everything about the room, room service, toiletries, and attention to customer need was really impressive. We got a free birthday cake from the hotel just bcos it was the same lodge date. That was a thoughtful thing to do 😅😇
